Morning Hype! The Black Lips!

Atlanta’s favorite hooligans The Black Lips have announced an a run of East Coast dates with a quick dip into the South this November, coinciding with screenings of the new documentary about their travels in the Middle East titled “Kids Like You And Me”, which sees them play in Egypt and Iraq among other countries not particularly known to most travelling American bands. They are also finishing a new album, their first since 2011’s fantastic Arabia Mountain, and have enlisted The Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney to help with production, along with Tom Brenneck from The Budos Band.
