Vintage Bricks

Black Sheep took me from seeing rap as being a novelty act to seeing hip-hop as being a sustainable, listenable form of music. We listened to this twice a day, every day during one spring break and I didn’t wrinkle my nose at hip-hop for nearly ten years because of that week. It’s harder to find the pure hip-hop these days, but like all forms of music, it’s out there, waiting to be discovered. If you’re sleeping then wake up, if you’re stinking then wash up, if you’re creeping then catch up you’re rollin’ with the Black Sheep!
